Detroit Bankruptcy: A step closer to resolution?

 

Detroit retirees have voted to accept pension cuts as part of the proposed “plan of adjustment.”

The second article from the Detroit Free Press is a summary of how the various class of creditors have voted regarding the “plan of adjustment.”  While the pension vote is a step forward, the divergent opinions of the various creditor classes may still delay the resolution of Detroit’s financial problems.
