Reuters is reporting that Standard & Poor’s has downgraded the rating of Chicago Board of Education to A-. This follows Moody’s the School Board’s rating to Baa3.
Additionally, a bond market trade publication is reporting that the Chicago Board of Education has dropped Moody’s from it list of rating agencies asked to review its upcoming bond sale.
